I also googled the meaning of "Input & Output Isolation" `cause it was described as "High tech", and I found it's a safety tech for protection misuse,you arestill safe even when one handfinger is touching inside the socket and the other hand finger's touching a metal in the car. This silly action barely happens but it makes me feel safer as I always have my kids in the car.
